Avni did a Masterclass for us, a group of Professional Speakers, on the topic “Coaching Skills for Growing Your Speaking Business”. It was one of the deep dive sessions where we could grasp the power of intricate coaching skills to be used effectively in growing our speaking business. I met Avni during the ICW 2024. She was one of the outstanding speakers who contributed during the in-person sessions. I liked how she managed to build presence on stage in just few seconds. From her posture, her speech and maintaining a visual connection with a large audience. Her story telling approach helped the public project itself into the scene she described and experience with emotion the breakthrough of the client. As the story was shared, she created a safe and intimate place to include her audience in the same reflection process, giving time and kindness to explore deeper. I knew very little about Part Integration Process before her presentation and Avni got me fascinated by the impact of such technique. More than a speaker, Avni is a communicator.
